THE PEZCOLLER FOUNDATION
Who has gone through a serious illness knows that any hope for cure, comes from research.
Cure or long term survival are possible nowadays for many tumors, thanks to the incredible advancements in biological knowledge, disease prevention and therapy, that are all coming from cancer research.
Research is not the solitary achievement of a single scientist in the laboratory, but the results of the efforts of many, all over the world, matching their findings, sharing results and stimulating each other.
This is the only way they can prove that a theory is not just another opinion, but a better understanding of a phenomenon that in the end can lead to save more lives.
This was the essence of the project of our founder Dr. Alessio Pezcoller.
